IB Learner Profile in Action
At our school, the IB Learner Profile comes alive through everyday learning experiences in different settings. Students and teachers alike embody the Learner Profile attributes, modeling curiosity, integrity, collaboration, and reflection in all that we do. Learning is a shared journey, where educators and learners take collective responsibility for growth, inquiry, and action. Through the lens of OWN’s Pillars, we intentionally connect the Learner Profile to our values and practices, deepening understanding and ensuring that these attributes are lived authentically across classrooms, relationships, and the wider school community.
Teachers actively use learner profile language when providing feedback, helping students reflect on their learning, behaviors, and growth through the lens of the attributes.
