IB Learner Profile in Action
At OWN 3, the IB Learner Profile attributes are intentionally and consistently embedded in daily practice. Staff members display their learner profile attribute outside of their classrooms or offices, and students have learner profile attributes visibly posted within or outside of their classrooms.
Teachers actively use learner profile language when providing feedback, helping students reflect on their learning, behaviors, and growth through the lens of the attributes.
